Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

Pdflex — PDF Editor & Scanner uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

2. Hizmet

Uygulama, PDF ve görsel dosyalarla çalışmak için araçlar sunar. Araçların çoğu cihazınızda çalışır.

Ofis biçimi dönüştürmeleri (PDF ↔ Word, Excel, PowerPoint ve PDF → Metin) internet bağlantısı gerektirir ve sunucumuzda yapılır.

Dönüştürme hizmetinde şu sınırlar vardır:

• Dosya boyutu sınırı (şu an dosya başına 50 MB)
• Günlük kullanım sınırı

Özellikleri değiştirebilir, sınırları güncelleyebilir veya hizmeti geçici ya da kalıcı olarak durdurabiliriz.

3. İçeriğiniz

İşlediğiniz dosyalar üzerindeki tüm haklar size aittir. Bu dosyaları işleme hakkına sahip olmaktan siz sorumlusunuz.

Bir dönüştürme aracını kullandığınızda, yalnızca o dönüştürmeyi gerçekleştirmek amacıyla dosyanızı işlememize izin vermiş olursunuz.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Uygulamayı yasa dışı içerikler için veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmak
• Dönüştürme sunucusunu aşırı yüklemek, Uygulama dışından veya otomatik araçlarla kullanmak
• Kullanım sınırlarını ya da güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak
• Yetkiniz olmayan belgelerin parola korumasını kaldırmak

5. Parola koruması

"PDF'i Şifrele" aracı belgelerinize temel düzeyde koruma ekler. Son derece hassas belgeler için tek güvenlik önleminiz olarak bu korumaya güvenmeyin.

6. Reklamlar

Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur.

7. Garanti reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Dönüştürme ve düzenleme sonuçları, özellikle sayfa düzeni ve yazı tipleri açısından orijinal dosyadan farklı olabilir.

Önemli belgelerin yedeğini tutun ve sonuçları kullanmadan önce kontrol edin.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından veya kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz.

9. Üçüncü taraflar

Uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağazanın (Apple App Store veya Google Play) koşulları da geçerlidir. iOS'ta Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) uygulanır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Pdflex — PDF Editor & Scanner app (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

The App provides tools for working with PDF and image files. Most tools run on your device.

Office-format conversions (PDF ↔ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF → Text) require an internet connection and are performed on our server.

The conversion service has these limits:

• A file size limit (currently 50 MB per file)
• A daily usage limit

We may change features, update limits, or suspend the service temporarily or permanently.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you process. You are responsible for having the right to process them.

When you use a conversion tool, you allow us to process your file solely to perform that conversion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful content or in ways that infringe the rights of others
• Overload the conversion server, or use it outside the App or with automated tools
• Try to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Remove password protection from documents you are not authorized to unlock

5. Password protection

The "Protect PDF" tool adds basic protection to your documents. Do not rely on it as your only safeguard for highly sensitive documents.

6. Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Conversion and editing results may differ from the original file, particularly in layout and fonts.

Keep backups of important documents and check results before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the App.

9. Third parties

The terms of the store you downloaded the App from (Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply. On iOS, Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA) applies.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
